Dr. Fluitt is also founder and president of Christian Evangelistic Outreach, a trans-denominational Christian organization that sponsors Christian events to reach both the churched and the un churched with present truth, and the Lighthouse Mentoring School that serves to train and equip believers to minister the word and power of the Lord. She is a graduate of Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary where she earned the degree of "Doctor of Religious Philosophy."

Dr. Clarice Fluitt and her husband George are cofounders and co-pastors of the Eagle's Nest World Prayer and Training Center of Monroe, Louisiana. Established in 1982, this ministry is unique in that it trains, prepares, and sends out Apostolic and Prophetic teams to minister God's word and love to the nations. The Fluitts currently oversee numerous churches and outreach ministries across the United States. They not only train and equip believers for the work of the ministry, but they empower them through licensing, ordaining, and releasing them to go do the works of the Lord. The Fluitts were married in 1960, and are parents to four daughters and one son. They have ten grandchildren, four boys and six girls.
